We have a 2-day excahnge policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, pack your parcel and take it to any nearby courier service. Provide them with the address label that was on top of the packet under the shipper's name. Send the parcel to the following address:

Make sure to share the receipt that the courier service gives you on our WhatsApp.

Once we confirm, the new article you selected will be dispatched to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:

1. If the item you received is damaged and you do not wish to exchange it for another article available on our website.
2. If you have already exchanged multiple times and continue to receive a damaged item, a refund will also be issued in this case.

However, if you wish to return an item without any damage or issue, or simply because you do not like it, a refund will not be provided.
